Airtel — I didn't get data balance as per the plan benefits

My name is indira. I recharged on my number with 1699 annual plan. Benefits were given as unlimited calls, 1gb data per day and 100 sms per day for 365 days. But i got only 12 gb data for 365 days. I talked to around 7 customer care people nobody could provide correct reason for this. When i enter my number in airtel website and 1699 plan benefits for my number is shown as 1 gb data per day. I have attached a screenshot with this complaint. Airtel is cheating customers.
