I have recently shifted to a property at dahisar (e) mumbai i am working from home so approached airtel Xstream 5g which was promising to give speed of 100 MBPS i agreed and they charged me 3 month in advance which i happily paid and within a week i started facing a lot of problems life router issue connection issue speed issue fluctuations and speed drop down.
I have complaint to airtel almost 5 times and they have sent engineer but they were unable to resolve the issue.
I was so tired of contacting engineers all day i visited to airtel store located in bhayandar i spoke the ambassador Amit who was helpless too didn't responded to my texts and especially the engineer head DEV in the name of customer service i would rate him -10 he is such a big liar started ignoring my calls my texts and when i tried contacting him from another number he attends my call due to this wifi fluctuation my job is at toss and they are not even bothered to help me.
Dev had promised that issue will be resolved by 1 hour i texted him 2 hours later that i still didnt got the connection he didnt replied ignored my text completely and after 20 mins i saw him posting on whatsapp status when he got the know i replied on his story he turned off his phone! I am sitting at my balcony in the even so unprofessionally i have to manage my clients and its impacting all of my incentives and my login hours. Last month because of this fluctuation i couldn't attend my office for 5 days i didnt got any compensation for that neither a sorry.
I would request you all not to take such service please.
