Airtel — i have recharged from pay phone. but talk time not received on airtel no [protected]

I had recharged rs 35/ from pay phone on my airtel no [protected] dated on 03.11.18 and made a complaint over it on the very next day. But phone pay replied that the talktime over the said no given which is not actually true. No message is still reached regarding the same. Money is little. I have already recharged then from booth. But i didn't like the malpractice and is therefore making complaint. If action not taken, i will have to lose confidence in digitalization.
