Airtel — i lost my money in airtel mobile recharge which was not fruitful

I tried to recharge my airtel prepaid number but the recharge was unsuccessful but they took the money. When i called the customer service to complain they continously disconnecting the calls for several times. How will i get the money back. When i tried to register in their customer complaint website, they did validation wrongful. I couldn't type words in email column and numbers in phone number column. Very nice airtel don't lose your valuable customers, you won't get it back.
