Airtel — I want my refund for the recharge amount of 359/ which was unsuccessful | |||
On 4th septemeber at 12:08 am i was trying to recharge my airtel mobile with ₹359/- recharge amount through airtel app, but unfortunately the recharge was unsucessful but amount was debited. I have done a transaction with my canara bank atm card through amazon pay payment mode. Since then i was asked to wait till 11th september but still my refund has not been credited to my bank account and i have also contacted canara bank customer care team and they are saying that there's no such reference number and its invalid. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 954017 which was sent to me the amazon team via email. Kindly refund my amount asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
