[Resolved]  Airtel — I want to change my airtel postpaid plan.

Hello,

Currently i am using 499 plan for my airtel post paid connection. I am getting a bill of more than 1000 rupees for my current set up of the packs provided in this plan. I am not able to reset the packs online as mine is a corporate plan.

I want to reset the packs you are providing in 499 plan. Please help me resolving this issue asap.

Hello,

I raised the issue on 3rd Nov 2016. Later I contacted couple of times to airtel via their Email ID "[protected]@in.airtel.com". But did not get a response yet. I tried calling airtel Customer care (121/198). But they are talking in kannada, so I couldn't communicated my issue. They should use an official language not local language to cover all customers in India.

Please help me resolve my issue asap.

I am receiving unwanted calls from this number ( +[protected] ), today ( Date[protected]morning at 6:44 am and I want to block this kinds of number. can any one tell me the procedure for this ? My service providers is Airtel.
