Airtel — ill-mannered staff and poor services | |
Hello, My name is Ashu Singhal and my Mobile number is [protected]. My nearest Airtel store is in A12, A12A, A27, A26, North -Ex Mall Near Kadambri Cghs, Sector 9, Rohini, Delhi, 110085 My SIM got out of provision 3 days ago and I got it replaced from this Airtel store. But till now the SIM has not been activated. I have called them again and again but they kept on delaying by saying it'll be activated within few hours, next day. But when SIM didn't get Activate, I called them again and asked then they started yelling and saying don't call again, it'll start when it has to be. They hung up the call. There is a guy named Anil, I told him that I talked to customer care on 121, he said people there are idiot and stupid and they don't know anything so it's useless to call them. Today also I went to them, they said SIM will be activated by 9 tonight but it didn't. They're so ill-mannered that they don't even know how to talk and respond. I would definitely like some action against such people or the services of the Airtel will be compromised eventually. Hope a soon response from your side. Was this information helpful? | |
