Hi my name is Indira. I have recharged on airtel for Rs 1699 annual plan on 29 jan 2019. Plan benefits were given as unlimited calls, 1GB data per day and 100 sms per day for 365 days. But i got only 12 gb for 365 days. I called and talked in customer care around 7 times and nobody provided me the correct solutions. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 02, 2019 Updated by Indira Lovely The customer care senior executive said that my network comes under Andaman circle. For Andaman circle plan is only 12GB for 365 days.. But when I enetered my number in airtel website 1699 plan shows 1GB data per day. I have attached the screenshot with the complaint.
