Airtel — i'm complaining about incoming facility and misguided by customer care.. | |||
On month dec 2018 date 23 my unlimited plan has expired... After that with in 15days my incomming facility also barred... When i call customer care, the executive anupama has answer the call, she says airtel has change the plan of all customer with out any information so u can recharge of any unlimited plan then we activate ur incomming and outgoing facility... Till then we cant do any thing... Before that i've call customer care for network issue.. He says wait for network installation near ur house... When i ask when u can do that.. He says may be 1 or 2 years... Me - till then what can we do.. He - wait or go to other network... U r not the only one for this network... Me - ok sorry... Then i decide to port. But my unlimited plan has expired... After that incomming facility also barred... My all business related contacts are only for that number... Was this information helpful? | |||
