Airtel — I'm complaining about my poor network connection

I have a very poor network in my phone. 2 days back i asked for my problem and i was asked to recharged my number with 35₹. Even after that my net is not proper. I have issues talking video calls, sending videos and even surfing. Please go through my issues. My husband is in gulf and we get issues due to this network problem. I humbly request you to go through it. And please make sure it doesn't happens again. Will be waiting for your response.
