[Resolved] Airtel — Incoming call issue on postpaid | |||
It has been 10 days since i have problem with incoming calls on my postpaid mobile number [protected]. few days back i called on 198 and told about the problem they told me that it will be solved soon, next day i called them again and talked to senior on 198 they also told me that problem will be solved in 24 hours. after few days i called Appellate Authority on [protected] and narrated the incident, then they told me same to wait for 10 hrs then i asked for help on facebook page they also told me to wait . until now i haven't got any solution from airtel and this is very harassing scenario . i was not expecting this from giant tech company -'airtel'. this looks like joke on it that they are not able to solve a small problem of their customer Was this information helpful? | |||
