Airtel — incorrect bill falsely charged to me | |||
I have been an airtel user for 9 years and yet the company disregarding this fact filed an incorrect outstanding bill of rs. 60, 000 claiming it to be international roaming charge. This is highly unacceptable to charge a sum so huge to customers who haven't even used the network during that time frame. I was in a wi-fi zone, there is no chance o[censored]sing airtel 3g even for a min. I have spoken to the customer care multiple times and the only explanation they have been able to provide is that the charges are valid, without any justification. I am not willing to pay my outstanding until the bills are revised. Also, i need a representative to visit and explain how they have been able to falsely generate a bill amount so huge. This is a harassment to customers who stay loyal to a network. Was this information helpful? | |||
