Airtel — incorrect bill plan registered
I registered for airtel postpaid connection on 3rd march 2018 for number [protected].
I had asked the customer manger to subscribe for the 199 rental plan, but now i see 499 infinity family plan is activated on my number.
I have tried to reach to the manger of 4th march only, he responded as satday is weekend, they will look the issue on monday. Now i tried to reach to customer manger many times for change of plan but no response.
I don not want to pay 499 at the end of the month so i need to change the plan to 199 rental plan.
