Airtel India — recharge of my mobile no reversal | |||
Hi I have done recharge of rs 399 to my airtel no [protected] instead of mobile no * on 26.03.2019 the transaction id of the same is[protected].[protected] is my old airtel number. When i contacted customer service they told they cant reverse the amount. I asked them then to reactivate my old no [protected]. They then replied they have allocated the same to some other person. When i am having all my transaction details then what is the problem to reverse.? I tried contacting the other number but the other number is switched off. Was this information helpful? | |||
