Airtel — Installation not done as committed

I have paid for Airtel Xstream in advance and before payments sales person committed to do installation on same day. But after payment he postpone it for next day and give excuses. Then next day also he just gives false commitment and nothing happened. Its is a very bad experience with the airline. First impression is 3rd Class how could I think to continue with such customer support. I will choose to get refund instead to continues with such company who's employee gives fake commitment and only focus to grab the customer instead to support and properly guide them with clarity.
