[Resolved] Airtel — International roaming activation deducted without my permission | |||
I am using Airtel prepaid numbers: [protected] and[protected]. For the number[protected], on Jan 4 and Feb 2, Rs 99 was deducted for international roaming rental even though roaming was turned off on my phone. This was done without my permission and reduced my balance to zero, causing considerable inconvenience. For the number[protected], on Feb 21, Rs 99 was deducted for international roaming rental even though roaming was turned off on my phone. Again, this was done even though roaming was turned off and data was turned off. Please refund the money and I request in the strongest terms to not do this again. I used go get message before validation period expired and used to recharge.
Last week my mobile no [protected] got deactivated. when i inquired they told its deactivated.
Request to activate the number asap.
