Airtel — international roming outgoing call drop issue

I had enabled international roaming for uae with the amount of rs. 3998 for two times. Airtel offered 500 min incoming /500 min outgoing call and 2 gb data. But in uae i am unable to utilize the outgoing calls as the call get dropped within 20 sec.

Also they not provided the balance minutes check option either by ussd or through internet. So unable to find how many incoming minutes i utilized during my trip. So unable to utilize the full incoming calls also.

I raised the complaint for the above but there is no resolution till my end of trip.

I am totally dissatisfied with the service provided by airtel during international roaming.
