Hi airtel, the world's poor service nowadays, i am suffering from very poor network since last one month and so that i contact airtel customer care but there is also a issue that the IVR syatem is designed like a labyrinth, becoz i waited 10 -20 minuts for connecting my call to csa and also the problem is that when i press any number. of my choice after play the menu so that the IVR dosent proceed for the same and playing continues for further information... now i m going to switch my number from airtel to any other best operators, if possible please try to improve your services.
