Airtel — internet is not since 2 days working

My mobile no. Is [protected] since 2 days back my internet is not working when i recharged 199 only after that internet services ahs been stopped. I went to airtel store for resolution they told me the data has been sent through server but data not receiving. Can you please check and help me out much appreciated.
