[Resolved] Airtel — Internet not working in my area | |||
We shifted last month to new place since then the internet on my mobile is not working.. I called several times to customer service but they don't provide any solutions and at last they said that there is no solution for the problem. Either in that case you guys should provide me refund of the net pack or the facility to port out.. My mobile is a dual sim enabled.. Other sim's internet connection work appropriately.. I am fed with you guys.. What customer service are you providing.. Nothing.. Just shut down your company.. It is of no use.. You can verify about the complaints i made using my number -[protected]..
