[Resolved] Airtel — Internet service failure | |||
Dear sir/madame, I have ported my mobile no [protected] from idea to airtel, because of problem in internet services. I regretfully like to inform that they are charging me for the 4g data, but they are providing me simple internet speed since the date of portability 22nd june 2017. Today they have stopped the service and i am unable to use internet on my phone. After so many requests they are not taking it seriously. I S Usha Devi using airtel sim ([protected]) since many years. I was asked to attach Aadhar to this mobile Number. After trying several times at your airtel counters on 17th June 2017 my sim card is not working. Pls. let me know the status.
