Airtel — invalid bill dues for [protected] | |||
Airtel Postpaid, I have purchased Airtel Plan for 6 moths data connection with airtel hotpots in December 2017. Airtel executive told me you are eligible for 6 months Data plan with 35 GB per month by paying cost of RS 3000 including 6 months rental and hotpots device. Aitel called me in middle of rental period and told me to pay of RS. 450 which is the tax you have to pay, this was not told by Airtel executive while taking plan and device, this way Airtel cheated me. I told to Airtel customer care this is invalid payment and not told me before purchasing. After 6 months I called to airtel to stop my connection because this is not affording me, still Airtel was sending me monthly rental bill of overdue payment which I have not used, this is invalid bill airtel sent me. Last month I got call from [protected] to force me to pay overdue amount, I told him all history from starting to end. Airtel person told me that your bill is generated incorrectly, to solve your query I need 2 more days. I told him to sent me an email that we have discussed and about the invalid payment by Aitel postpaid. But till now I have not received any official response, so I ma giving in writing now.
