[Resolved] Airtel — Invalid prepaid number after converting from postpaid to prepaid | |||||
I have Airtel number#[protected]. Recently i converted from postpaid to prepaid. After converting to prepaid, i am not able to recharge it anymore. It showing a error as" Invalid prepaid number". Due to zero balance i am not able to do any outgoing call. Also i tried to call 121, sent mail to Airtel.presence and 121 email id. But no help yet. Please help to resolve it ASAP.
