[Resolved] Airtel — Invalid prepaid number after converting from postpaid to prepaid

I have Airtel number#[protected]. Recently i converted from postpaid to prepaid.

After converting to prepaid, i am not able to recharge it anymore. It showing a error as" Invalid prepaid number". Due to zero balance i am not able to do any outgoing call.

Also i tried to call 121, sent mail to Airtel.presence and 121 email id. But no help yet.

Please help to resolve it ASAP.

Initially the first recharge need to be done from Airtel only.
