Airtel — irregular deduction from my account and not started my selected plan

Sir, my customer id no is [protected]. It is to inform that all channels are stopped by airtel dth from 06 feb 19. Despite to stop channels, airtel regularly deducted amount also from my account. Such matter informed to airtel digital tv customer care specialist many time. But they neither started my selected chhanels plan nor stopped irregular deduction of amount. Moreover as per my previous plan i recharged my tv of rs 315/- on 19 jan 19 and next recharge was due on 19 feb 19. But they stopped chhanels since 06 feb19 on the pretext of insufficient balance my account. Please instruct airtel dth to refund my deducted amount deducted from 06 feb 19 till my sellected chhanels plan started. No fabourable response given by their customer care execituves also till now. Thanks you.
