Order date: 07-april-2018 Order number[protected] Kyc complete and phone activation date: 14-april-2018 Delivery message - 23-april-2018 17:00 hrs Report of delivery attempt failure - 23-april-2018 19:15 hrs After order date only update came on 23-april-2018 that your product will be delivered today. And no details about delivery agent. Nothing at all. Delivery by airtel vulcan is really frustating. Agent visited my home - i was inside - no bell - no call and message from airtel that delivery was unsuccessful. Very weird. I have a complaint against delivery person and bad service by airtel-vulcan courier - they should have called me before even attempting delivery of product. Was this information helpful? | |||
