Airtel — junction box relocation request

My home is getting reconstructed and the junction box is hindering the entrance of the home, kindly help me to relocate the junction box which is not in use.

I have submitted the compliant through customer care mail i'd however no action been taken yet. Or let me get confirmation to remove by ourself
