Airtel — landline payment | |||
For out landline complaint number[protected]And 10s of other complaints also) We have paid for 6 month advance for out new landline/broadband connection by cheque. As it was new connection airtel collected cheque and got form filled at our home on 16th jan 2018. Now cheque got debited on 29th jan 2018 (Pfa passbook image) to bharti airtel, buit money was not credited to our airtel account. We raised issue to customer care but nothing happened and they close ticket without any resolution and saying they have refunded the amount. Till now we have not got any refund from them. Also from past 2 months (March - till now) we are being harrased by airtel collection team for payment (Although we have already paid and no refund we got). Desired resolution - We want refund Kindly help us to resolve the issue;. Was this information helpful? | |||
