Airtel — lost mobile - requested to block the sim card

Hi, this is miss prasanthi from srikakulam of andhra pradesh having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected], i lost my mobile few days back and i request the airtel team to please block the sim card above.

Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

My Airtel money account is freeze please unblock my airtel money account

New Duplicate Sim is not activated since 48 hours, while talking to customer care says they didn't receive any new duplicate sim activation request. But persons in Airtel showroom personnel says they had sent request.
Internet not working since last two days
