Airtel — mifi device is not delivered where taking money before 20 days (30th march) | |||
Recently i am going through very bad and disappointment experience with airtel. A airtel sale girl was called me every-day for to exchange my docomo dongle with airtel mifi and to take 399 plan. After lots of phone call i have agreed to take that plan. But a person is came to official address and taking 50 rupees after giving the new airtel mifi sim on 31st march, 2018, and do not give the mifi dongle as he requested me to wait for next day, he will deliver the device on sunday which is his responsibility. Next day i called him after waiting for the given time, and the person told me that sunady is not working day, so he will deliver it on monday. Next day same for me i called him after waiting for the given time, and he replied that was his holiday. He was not joined in office. After that every day i called the airtel sales lady for last 2 week and everyday she told me that the device is out of stock so she is unable to deliver the device, this informations is not told me previously when she requesting me to take that device-this is first checting. Secondly everyday i used to followup with every person who are involved in this case as it is my liability where as i am a customer. Last friday after so may called i device is reached to my official address which is not working at all and it was checked by the delivery airtel engineer (Avijit chakraborty -[protected]). He gave me the faulty device and taking my previous photon dongle as giving me that assurance next day my device is changed. And also he was informed the same information to his higher person amit das ([protected]), the lady - swarnali ([protected]/[protected]), kunal ([protected]), perveen ([protected]) (All are responsible for sector v delivery center). But no one are is responding this serious issue. I am a working lady. I have purchased this device for my work purpose, but i am unable to jused that for last 17 days. Today is 16th april, 2018 Even when i am telling that lady that i will go to consumer forum for this fraud case. She aws telling me to go that place and she will look this matter on consumer forum. I am very much disappointed with this type of service from airtel and i will send this copy of mail to consumer forum. I don't want to use mifi and i will want my previous dongle and my money. I have purchased plan of 499 and my handset was covered under handset damage protectn plan and now when my handset is damage they told me that u have not uploaded ur mobile pic in my Airtel app so I kindly request u to replace my damage screen under my plan
