[Resolved] Airtel — Misbehave of engineer and service request not attended since last two day | |||||
My customer id is [protected], i have signal issue with my DTH connection. I have registered a complaint two days ago. Got a call from service engineer, and he misbehaved and refuses to visit. I continuously calling to call center they are promising that issue will get resolve in next 2-3 hours. But no action has been taken so far. If it is not resolved by tomorrow evening am going to shift the DTH service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||||
