Airtel — misuse of my aadhar data for opening airtel money account

Recently it has come to my notice that Airtel has misused my Aadhar data which I submitted for SIM verification of my Airtel Prepaid number.
On noticing this I sent number of emails to [protected]@airtelmoney.com but they are demanding me to upload my Aadhar and bank account details as there is a balance in the account. I mailed them that as it is solely there fault I am not going to provide any data and they can sent the balance amount by money order or DD to the address mentioned as in my Aadhar which they were not doing.
After a long struggle on 8th Jan 2018 I could speak to there customer executive and on his advise I went to the nearest Airtel money centre to withdraw the balance. Out of Rs107.57 they have paid me Rs 100 and said withdrawal only possible in multiples of Rs 10. I again contacted Airtel customer care but they say account cannot be closed as there is Balance.
I suspect this is a way of cheating which caused me ample of tension, suffering, time and financial loss.
so I humbly request you to get the balance amount and get a confirmation from Airtel that the unauthorised account they opened on my name is terminated.

I have already made complaint to Airtel through email and my complaint no is CASE 1204633 but they were demanding to upload my Aadhar and Bank pass book details. I replayed them since they have opened the account without any documents and request from me, I am not liable to submit any documents for terminating such illegal activity done by them. Further I spoke to there consumer care executive and as per his advice I went to nearest Airtel money outlet and tried to withdraw the balance amount. Out of 108.57 rupees I could withdraw only Rs 100 as they said transaction is possible for multiples of ten only. I have informed the same to consumer care and asked them to terminate the illegal airtel money account opened by them in my name. As there was no proper replay from them I have lodged complaint with you on 10.01.2018.

So far no action is being initiated in this issue.
