Very worst service, I never ever felt with any other networks. After Aircel shutdown, I went Airtel show room for changing the network to airtel on March 17 2018. Initially they informed me the network will be changed within seven days of working time but it was never happened. After seven days i called to customer care and asked about the activation of sim. They told me that the sim got rejected and you have to take another request to change the Network. At that time i told to customer care i don't want your network, you just ignore my request and will try to change in vodafone. They responded me like that is fine. So i went to vodafone show room and gave requet for MNP but my number not yet changed to vodfone and its rejected since airtel has activated without informing me. Don't know what basis they activated the rejected request also after activation, I'm not getting incoming calls and messages but i can able make call to others. I gave more than 10 complaints thru customer care and Airtel office but still issue not yet fixed. Very worst customer service they are giving they can't able to clear the issue then why should shutdown the tower like Aircel.. Airtel first you guys explore at high lelvel then keep a slogan " Express yourself" Cheater... Was this information helpful? | |||
