[Resolved] Airtel — Mnp status and unable to reach customer care executive | |
1) on 04/05/2017 i applied for port out of airtel number to jio and i when i try to connect to airtel costumer care from 198 or 121 i am unable to connect to costumer care executive always even i am in call for more then 10 mins i am not getting option to connect to care executive from past 45days 2) i want to know porting status and exact date when porting and the reason for not able to connect to care executive despite long wait 3) i already sent email to it airtel presence email promised a reply in 2hr case reference no-pr[protected] no reply it already 24hrs Was this information helpful? | |
