Airtel — mobile network not coming after porting the sim

I port my sim from ..Rajsthan airtel to west bengal airtel.. my old sim deactived on .. 2330 hrs 28 jul 18 . But no network found in my new received sim.. pls resolv my problm i am in trouble..
