Airtel — mobile no. [protected] wrong deduction of rs.20/- for use of games world pocket | |
This morning (02.11.18) i received the following sms from my service provider airtel stating " thanks for using games world pocket. You have been charged rs. 20/- from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789 I never used the said game nor did i opt /ask for the same. I would request the service provider airtel to immediately refund the deducted amount and make sure it is not repeated again. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest.
