[Resolved] Airtel — mobile prepaid account updation | |||
On[protected], online mobile recharge had been done for mobile no. [protected], amount rs.1498/- has been debited from my account and credited to bharti airtel limited, gurgaon vide txn id:[protected]. My mobile account is showing zero balance and all the services has been stopped. I tried to contact customer care executive through 111/121 but failed, email has also been sent but all in vain. Kindly update my account immediately so that i can avail the services of communication. Was this information helpful? | |||
