Airtel — money debited from bank account but not credited to my airtel payment wallet.

I did two transactions worth 2000 each total of 4000 by loading my airtel payment wallet on 15th april 2019. It said"sorry unable to process your transaction" but amount total of 4000 has been debited from my bank account. Morover i am unable to contact customer care by calls, my mails are not properly responded too. Please refund it as soon possible.
