Airtel — money taken recharge failed

Two times I tried to do an online recharge on the website I used debit card and the redirection to the bank. Both times it took INR 509 and both times the recharge failed. I want a refund, immediately. Transaction IDs are[protected] and[protected]. I tried a third time using the one time password sent to my phone, and this recharge worked. But doing a 3d-secure payment does not work, it just takes the money and does no recharge. So please refund those two transactions. Thank you.
