Airtel — mpin problem and money stuck

Dear sir,
I am dedicated user of airtel. I took airtel at quality par standard. But now it is failing me. I am having trouble getting
1. Using wallet
2. Transfer money
3. Recharge
4. Money got stuck.
I have many problems and this further aggravates the situation. I tried many times but it did not resolved. Please rectify it or would i have to shift to other service
