Airtel — multiple complaints ,multiple times for same internet issue and wrong billing. | |||||
Its been 3-4 months now i am suffering because of airtel, every month after the bill generation i have to call for rectification on the bill they sent, at times i also had to walk in to the airtel office for help, but end of the day the result is still zero. Now from past 2 weeks internet is not working even after multiple complains to 198, 121, walk in to the stores, problem remains same. Y should i pay the bill wen my phone internet is not at all working for more then 15 days, y should only i suffer for no mistake of mine? I don't know how if this complain will help or not, its just i am trying one more option. As i am done complaining. I got to know now its only consumers who needs to suffer end of the day. From both side. Can i also understand without my number and email id how will you get to know if my complain is valid or not? Was this information helpful? | |||||
