Airtel — my outgoing and incoming calls have been stopped

I have been using this prepaid airtel sim from past 4-5 years but from past one month i have been recieving a message that my outgoing calls will be stopped and now after 15-20 days there are no incoming calls allowed to my number.
Have no clue why is so, i am a service woman, i have so many calls to attend so who will bear this loss. No response from the airtel customer care.
