[Resolved] Airtel — My refund amount not being | |||||
Hi, i have raise a broad band request (Ref[protected]and paid the amount online ₹3792 on feb th 2016. As the broad band service was not activated in 48 hrs for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount as they were giving excuses like network connectivity issues. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So i have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 20 days now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are planning to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.
