Airtel — national roaming charges on outgoing calls

From april 01st 2017, airtel scrapes national roaming charges on outgoing & incoming charges but they are charging roaming charges on outgoing calls from me.

Vide email dtd 18/04/2017, i have requested them to reverse the same but they replied that "as the charges are valid we are unable to reverse the same."

Kindly look into the matter.

What is this stupid whatsmob service now. everytime airtel has new money deducation tricks. Worst Services.

Hi Team,
We are not able to make calls and not receiving calls to my Airtel numbers [protected] since yesterday. Messages and internet are working fine.
Please help me to resolve the issue.
