[Resolved] Airtel — need refund my access payment | |||
Dear Sir, I have registered my request with reference number SR80097643 on 7/10/2017 for Deactivate my Airtel Mobile No.[protected]. and from your side that was closed on 13/10/2017 but still the billing cycle is continue with this number, So We are requesting you that Refund my access payment from November 2017 to till date. This is your mistake you are not deactivate my number and I also attached the authorised letter from my Director. Please Refund my Access amount otherwise i will complaint against you in consumer court. Note : Please read below emails from Bharti Airtel that we received. Was this information helpful? | |||
