Airtel — network connectivity & poor customer service | |||
I am using 3 mobile connections of airtel including one data connection. I have raised a complaint in the month of june'17 regarding poor connectivity. They first assured to resolve it within 3 days, but even after 3 months no action was taken. I have again raised the complaint on 4th sep vide their reference no 79196125. But till date there is no response from airtel. They have not attended the complaint, but they are very prompt in disconnecting the service within hours expiring due date. Their customer service is not even concerned to resolve customers' concern. Even their data dongle is locked not allowing others to use it. Was this information helpful? | |||
