Airtel — network issue in shivanagar, rajajinagar

I am using airtel number [protected] for pre paid connection and for data connection. However, network is very poor in my residence at no.1/16, new no.36, 10th a main, shivanagar, rajajinagar, bangalore-560010. Neither i get net work nor data connection.
I have spoken to one of your representative few weeks back, she said the issue will be resolved but the problem still persists.
Please look into the issue and relsolve as soon as possible. Else i may have to port the number to some other service provider.

Updated by Sarala Raman One Mr. Rahul Sharma had called and he asking me to pay Rs.10 to increase network strength. I ask him give me a reason for paying Rs.10. He is unable to give me any reason and telling me to wait till the compliant gets resolved. Need any higher authority number for escalation.
I want to know the reason and proper facts for this payment.
