Airtel — network issue since one year | |||
Dear airtel I am using airtel postpaid simcard and airtel postpaid hotspot wifi from last 5years after getting motivated by your impressive Advertisement claiming best network. But from last 1.5 years i am not getting the signal inside my home so please do clear my issue and sometime no signal. If you check my complain history, it's open since last 1.5 year and regularly i am complaining. Your cc exec. Regularly giving me false assurance that you people are working on it and never ever any field executive bother to visit my residence to resolve the signal issue. That is why i am force to convert my complain into words and i am sending my highly dissatisfied feedback through this mail with an expectation to get a solution / resolution as soon as possible. I work from home and regularly i get calls and i need high speed internet to do my office work but this network issue is a great challenge for me.
