Airtel — network issues and bill | |||
I have been raising complaints to airtel since i am unable to use 4 g and there is no service in my current location. I got tired and i tried to port my number multiple times to another service provider. Every single time i tried doing that, airtel kept giving me consolation that they will work on the issue. It has been a month and a half and the issue has not yet resolved. Yet they are asking me to make a payment for 2 months to port my number to another service provider. My airtel account is reflecting the amount of data that is unused. Not just that i have suffered heavy loss in business because my customers were unable to contact me. I want airtel to wave off my bill and i want to port my number to another service provider. Also, i want a compensation for constant harassment, mental torture and the losses i incurred because of their lax attitude. Was this information helpful? | |||
