Airtel — network issues even after repeated complaints

I have already raised several complaint about network issues in my area. But, i don't see any improvement in quality of network signal yet.

There are lots of call drops. I am not able to use data. And there is voice break as well.
But, there is no compensation provided for such pathetic services.

I am now forced to switch on to some other network. And, yes i won't be paying any due amount for this month as i am not able to avail your services.

Updated by rahul_singh99 I raised a network related complaint around 3 months back. There was a complaint registered as well. But, I don't see any improvement at all. This is to inform you that I will not be in a state to pay any single dime for this pathetic service.

Moreover, your call drops have drastically increased. If this is how you are improving your network then it's better to switch to some other cheap network at least I won't have to pay around 500 every month.

In my first Airtel bill[protected] it is showing international SMS 22 times to same number[protected] with charges Rs. 5 per SMS. I dont know what is this but it is shocking and ridiculous. Please resolve this issue
