Airtel — network issues in haridwar

Dear sir,
I am facing network issues since 4/06/2018 (The day when i entered in haridwar) i informed your customer care service 4-5 times and i also made complaints 2 times (Complaint no. S are cgpsc[protected] and cogcl[protected]) but there is no action made against my complaints even i am not able to make calls and i am not only the person facing this type of issues from airtel but also my other friends are facing same problems and sir trust me we have approximately 15 connections and we are facing problems with all 15 connections sir i we also registered a complaint in national consumer complaint service whose complaint no. Is 790455 and sir on the name of 4g service you are not giving us even 2g service.
Really a bad experience with airtel (Unexpected).
